About this event

Part of the cel­e­bra­tions of Inde­pen­dent Venue Week 2024, we’re wel­com­ing Eat Ethio for an excit­ing night of musi­cal explo­ration and after­par­ty enter­tain­ment for the final date of the tour for Through The Noise! 

Eat Ethio is the mul­ti­lay­ered project of Ethiopi­an native, cook and herbal­ist Heli­na that cel­e­brates the cul­ture of Ethiopia by merg­ing the rela­tion­ship between food, music and artistry.

Togeth­er with design­er and part­ner Scott, Eat Ethio shares it’s ethos via sup­per clubs, pop-ups and col­lab­o­ra­tions. The pair also enjoy get­ting behind the decks, pre­vi­ous­ly hold­ing down a month­ly res­i­den­cy at the renowned audio­phile sanc­tu­ary, The Music Room @potatoheadhk and past Lon­don col­lab­o­ra­tions with @analoguefoundation @brilliantcorners and @touchingbass.

Scott and Heli­na will be delv­ing into their rare and trea­sured record col­lec­tion, expect a jour­ney through the mag­i­cal sound of Ethiopi­an jazz, funk and beyond….
