Deke — The May­or of Cliftonville, the coolest of The Three Kings and per­haps a mes­si­ah in his own right, cel­e­brates his Birth­day this weekend. 

His Birth­day week­ender starts off at Faith In Strangers (Fri­day) then moves on to Bar Noth­ing (Sat­ur­day evening).

After his Faith In Strangers debut last year, we’ve been nego­ti­at­ing behind the scenes to get him back; it may have tak­en sev­er­al round table meet­ings with an army of agents, but we’re proud to say that we have secured his ser­vices. Deke will be play­ing all his favourite birth­day tunes until late. Deke nev­er trav­els alone, this Fri­day his entourage will include Andy All­day (D’Artagnan Rasp­ber­ry) and Miles Copeland (Won­der­ful­sound).
