Calm Roots Live: Lion Milk, Paul Camo & Rahel

We’re excit­ed to wel­come Calm Roots LIVE to Faith In Strangers on Wednes­day, Novem­ber 13^th.

This spe­cial evening marks the first iter­a­tion of Calm Roots, a project by Alex Rita from Touch­ing Bass that has been a long time in the making.

The night will fea­ture dream-like piano-scapes from one of Alex Rita’s favourites, Lion­milk, all the way from Los Ange­les (LA). Lion­milk brings a unique, dream-like qual­i­ty to his per­for­mances, mak­ing this a rare and spe­cial oppor­tu­ni­ty for audi­ences in Mar­gate. He will be per­form­ing live in Mar­gate before mak­ing his Lon­don debut. His music has been a con­stant source of inspi­ra­tion, fea­tured on count­less of Alex’s NTS shows over the years.

Spe­cial Guests: Rahel & Paul Camo

We’re also thrilled to have Rahel, a sound ther­a­pist who will be bring­ing her exper­tise with crys­tal bowls and med­i­ta­tive sound­scapes to cre­ate a tru­ly immer­sive expe­ri­ence. Join­ing them is Paul Camo, host of NTS show we are… w/​Paul Camo, shar­ing an ambi­ent selec­tion from his exten­sive collection.
