Are you pas­sion­ate about host­ing art and cul­tur­al events while tak­ing pride in offer­ing excep­tion­al food? Faith in Strangers is seek­ing an expe­ri­enced and enthu­si­as­tic kitchen team mem­ber to help us build our kitchen staff team!

As we antic­i­pate hir­ing 20 – 30% more staff in 2023, now is the per­fect time to join our grow­ing fam­i­ly and help shape our new restau­rant offer­ing. We are seek­ing core team mem­bers who work well togeth­er, sup­port each oth­er, and share our love for music, arts, hos­pi­tal­i­ty and technology.

We’ve had the plea­sure of host­ing amaz­ing acts like Mr Scruff, Horse Meat Dis­co, KRS-One, Hot Chip, Crazy P, and have so much more in store for 2023 includ­ing live music and comedy.

Kitchen expe­ri­ence is nec­es­sary for this role along with one of the most impor­tant fac­tors of hav­ing an opti­mistic atti­tude and a pas­sion for the vision of our project.

Pay

Com­pet­i­tive, also loy­al­ty increases.

Gra­tu­ity

12.5% gra­tu­ity added onto the bill. This will be shared between the team and their hours. 

Free work­space membership

Faith In Strangers is a cowork­ing space dur­ing the week. As part of the team you get access to hang out and work here when you are not on shift. This is worth £150 per month.
