Kelly Lee Owens (DJ Set)

In partnership with Something Goes Right

About this event

A true sonic dreamweaver, Kelly Lee Owens brings her transcendental DJ set to Faith In Strangers on Saturday the 17th of May 2025

Fusing ethereal techno, deep beats, and hypnotic melodies, Owens crafts an immersive dancefloor experience shaped by her deep musical intuition and connection to the elements. Fresh off collaborations with The Chemical Brothers, Bicep, and George Daniel (The 1975), and with her latest album Dreamstate, Owens continues to redefine electronic music on her own terms.

From Glastonbury to underground clubs, her sets blur the line between escapism and elevation — now it’s Margate’s turn.

Joining KLO to warm up the night, will be Broken Native — the new project from Claire Ripley and Richard Belsom. Intended to showcase their love for techno, breakbeat and new school garage inspired by their love of 90’s breaks, hardcore and liquid drum & bass.

Their releases have gained support from industry heads such as Pete Tong, Richie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier, Hot Since 82, Lee Burridge, Slam and Steve Lawler. As previous heads of their own label Phobic Records they signed some of the first releases from artists such as Rebekah, Jey Kurmis wAFF (Hot Creations), and Kye Gibbon.

This success led to the duo playing for some of the world’s most esteemed nightclubs including Panorama Bar in Berlin, 6 Music Festival and Fabric London.
