Chef Jack­son Berg presents a grand Greek ban­quet: one sit­ting, all com­mu­nal din­ing, every­one togeth­er — and then, we dance.

Char­lie from Keel­ing Andrew / Noble Rot has curat­ed a bold, all-Greek wine list to pair per­fect­ly with each dish. Expect soul­ful bot­tles, full of char­ac­ter, root­ed in ancient lands.

Inspired by the spir­it of ancient sym­posia, this is a mod­ern-day Dionysian gath­er­ing — where con­ver­sa­tion flows as freely as the wine. Share plates piled high, laugh­ter echo­ing across the room, strangers becom­ing friends.

All sound­tracked by DJs, with the sea on the hori­zon and the glow of sum­mer all around. This isn’t just a meal. It’s a rit­u­al of togetherness.
