About this event
A one-day reworking of the Sunday roast, filtered through Chinese flavours and built for sharing.
Choose from roast char siu pork neck, Szechuan & cumin lamb leg, roast duck, or a vegetarian option (STC).
Each is served with a full spread for the table: pak choi, pork dumplings, roast potatoes, fermented soy-glazed carrots, Yorkshire pudding, and five-spice jus.
Finished with milk sorbet, exotic fruits, and a shot of whisky.
A slower service. Long tables. One-day only.
