Dine Hard

A new culi­nary side quest for Head Chef Jack­son — think of it as his tast­ing menu impos­si­ble. Each Dine Hard night fea­tures a one-off menu inspired by a cult film — cre­at­ed from scratch, served once, then gone forever.

This isn’t about pair­ing a movie with a meal. It’s a cre­ative frame­work — a play­ful con­straint that push­es us to invent some­thing new each time. A chance to have a bit of fun-din­ing — stretch­ing the for­mat, play­ing with ideas, and still deliv­er­ing seri­ous food and wine with bold ideas, lay­ered tech­nique, and flavour that doesn’t play it safe.

Some nights will be refined. Oth­ers, reck­less. All of them a lit­tle bit ridicu­lous — in the best way. It’s also our way of let­ting the restau­rant have a bit of fun — loos­en­ing the col­lar, dim­ming the lights, and serv­ing some­thing with a wink.
