Faith Credit Terms & Conditions

1. General

Faith Credit is issued by Faith In Strangers and can be used as payment towards eligible purchases at Faith In Strangers.

2. Where Faith Credit can be used

Faith Credit can be used on:

• Event tickets
• Bar purchases
• Restaurant purchases
• Shop purchases

Online, Faith Credit is applied at checkout when buying tickets or shop items. In the venue, staff apply it against your bill at the bar or restaurant.

3. Where Faith Credit cannot be used

Faith Credit cannot be used:

• On service charge
• On private hire bookings
• On Work.Club memberships
• For cash withdrawal
• To purchase cash or cash equivalents

4. No refunds

Faith Credit is non-refundable. Money paid in for Faith Credit cannot be refunded, whether all or part of the credit has been used or not.

5. No cash value

Faith Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Redemption

Faith Credit can only be redeemed against available goods, services or bookings offered by Faith In Strangers at the time of use.

7. Partial use

If only part of the Faith Credit is used in a transaction, the remaining balance will stay on the customer's account for future use.

8. Non-transferability

Faith Credit is for use by the named holder only unless Faith In Strangers agrees otherwise in writing.

9. Misuse

Faith In Strangers reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel Faith Credit where there is suspected misuse, fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.

10. Changes

Faith In Strangers reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any updated version will apply from the date it is published.
