For one night only, Pancake Day gets the Fire Horse treatment.
Infinite pancakes! with a set selection of fillings: crispy duck, deep-fried stone bass, and hay-smoked tofu, each with their own accompaniments. No courses. No rush. Just stacks, pace, and plenty of heat.
Finished simply with yuzu and cane sugar.
£25 per person
Pancakes all night. One fixed menu.
