Launching Easter Sunday 20th April — a new weekend ritual of food, drinks and music, all overlooking the sea.
Led by Head Chef Jackson Berg (The Goods Shed, St. John Bread & Wine, Bistroteque and Barletta), Brunch CLUB blends bold, seasonal menus with a relaxed, music-led atmosphere, provided by the Faith In Strangers resident DJ’s along with a programme of special guests leading into summer.
A laid-back menu that flows from brunch into lunch — thoughtful, generous, and built for however long you choose to stay.
VOL.1 Welcomes DJ Ben Sun exploring rare gems, disco bangers and party starters.

Before the lights go down and the volume goes up, we’re serving thoughtful dishes, seasonal ingredients, and great drinks – whether it’s brunch, dinner, or both. It’s not just about the party. It’s about the full experience.
Brunch Club runs Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm. Saturdays are lively and adults-only – DJs, big groups, great food. Sundays are slower, more family-friendly, and just as delicious.
Dinner service starts from 6pm – come early, settle in, and enjoy a proper meal before the evening kicks off. Whether you’re here for a celebration or a night out, this is where your evening begins.
