Beaujolais Nouveau lands on the third Thursday of November, and we're opening it over steak frites. We're pouring Domaine Saint-Cyr's French Kiss Kanon, an organic, natural Gamay from near Anse, by the glass all night. And we have just 6 bottles of Bojo le Clown, the Nouveau from Philippe Viet, who left a Paris IT job to make natural wine in Villié-Morgon. Pre-order to secure your bottle when you book your table. We've also got in some amazing aged Aberdeen Angus: a 1kg forerib for 4 to 6, or 500g sirloin or rump for 2 to 3, all with fries, peppercorn sauce and salad Dijonnaise.
